We sincerely apologize if you have not been able to reach us. We are open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST. Please leave a message and we will have a customer representative return your call as soon as possible. We highly recommend visiting our In Touch page for a variety of options on how to reach us. I’m in the New York/New Jersey area, can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we do not have a retail store but you are more than welcome to pick up at our office if this is the best solution for you. Option is available upon checkout. Please visit our In Touch page for address.
I’m in the New York/New Jersey area, when will my order arrive?
Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If your order was placed during a promotional sale, please expect up to 10 business days for your order to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and it should arrive within 1-3 business days.
When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 2 days for processing. For domestic orders, please allow up to 5-10 days to receive merchandise and 14 days for international. However, during the holidays, please expect up to 10 to 14 days for processing alone.
I just placed my order today, will it ship today?
Our turnaround time to process orders is 1-2 days. You should receive an email confirming order has been shipped by day two at the latest.
I placed my order a few days ago and my order has not been shipped, but there is a pending charge on my credit card. What is going on?
Credit cards are not charged until items are ready to ship. If there is a charge to your credit card, then the item has shipped. Please check your junk inbox in case email confirming tracking information was sent to junk inbox. If you still are having issues finding email confirmation, please contact Sexpot at email@example.com.
Do you offer shipping methods other than USPS?
Yes! We are happy to accommodate any special shipping request. Email us directly after you have placed your order to upgrade your shipping service. A representative will be in touch with you as soon as possible to accommodate your needs and arrange payment. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer international standard shipping but due to customs policies, we cannot give a definite time frame as to when you will receive your order but the norm is 7-14 business days. We are more than happy to accommodate faster delivery options. Email us directly after you have placed your order to upgrade your shipping service. Your website has declines my credit card, but I see multiple pending charges on my credit card. How can I get this removed?
If your credit card has been declined, most likely your order was not accepted due to billing address or zip code mismatch. You may want to contact your bank about the charges. It should take 1-3 business days for the temporary charges to be removed. Your credit card will never be charged unless your credit card is approved. This is confirmed via email once order is completed.

I ordered my suit with a discount code and/or on sale. Can I exchange my item if it doesn’t fit?
All of our discounted orders have a no return and exchange policy as stated at purchase. We recommend knowing your size before you order on a sale or using a promotional code so you will be happy with your purchase.
The item I am looking for is out of stock, what can I do?
Some of our styles/colors are more popular and sell out faster. We will make sure to update stock at our best ability for your convenience. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the style/color/size you are interested in and we can check is we can preorder it.
Where can I buy a Sexpot suit?
Our online store is our main outlet to selling Sexpot merchandise. Also, follow our social media platforms for pop-up shop details, which occur across the country.
When will you have a sale?
We update our social media/emails/blogs with current happenings at Sexpot including promotions, sales and pop-up shop locations.
