Return and Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange Policy

Sexpot will gladly accept returns and exchanges for any regular priced, clean, unwashed, unworn and unused online purchase made within 7 days of receipt.  Customers must contact Sexpot via email within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for a return authorization number (RAN).  The merchandise must be accompanied by original invoice, original packaging, a completed return/exchange form, hygienic/sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and original hangtags/labels must still be attached.  All returns are subject to a nominal restock fee of $5 per item.  Restock fee will be waived for customers wishing to exchange.   Those customers must select new item(s) from the current availability and complete return within 14 days of receipt.  Exchanges after this date will be returned to sender.  Sexpot under no circumstances offer store credit.  Please refer to our Exchange Process for further details.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred during return/exchange process.  Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

All discounted, purchases made on sale or using promotion codes are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Return Process

Customers wishing to return merchandise purchased online at www.sexpotswimwear.com, please read the following steps:

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization Number:

Email Sexpot at ran@sexpotswimwear.com within 7 days of receiving merchandise for a return authorization number.

Step 2: Complete The Return & Exchange Form

You must print and complete the return & exchange form and enclose it with your returned merchandise.

Step 3: Safely Package and Ship the Merchandise

The merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving a return authorization number.  All returned merchandise must include original invoice, original packaging and clearly write the return authorization number on the exterior of the package or it will be returned to sender.  Please be sure to package the suit securely with labels intact.  The merchandise must be clean (free of deodorant or other stains), unwashed, unworn, unused condition with hygienic/sanitary stickers for all bottoms and one pieces and original hangtags must still be attached.  Sexpot reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the items back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by the policy.

Please note we are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages while returning merchandising so please make sure to acquire proof of shipping and tracking from selected shipper. 

Step 4: Track Your Package and Processing of Returns

Once your merchandise safely arrives at Sexpot, we will inspect your order to ensure it abides by the return policy.  Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.  When your order has been processed, you will receive an email about the status of the return and your credit card will be credited accordingly. 

Exchange Process

Customers wishing to return merchandise purchased online at www.sexpotswimwear.com, please read the following steps:

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization Number:

Step 2: Visit SexptSwimwear.com for Exchange Options

Please visit our website for exchange options.  Please email our office at orders@sexpotswimwear.com Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST to reserve these items so they do not sell out.  Include return authorization number in email so it is easy to track item associated with exchange.  An email will be sent confirming the exchange with an exchange authorization number needed for exchange form.

Step 3: Complete An Exchange Form
